What is Coaching?

Life coaching is a non-threatening way of assessing and bringing forth your best choices to shape your life into the dream you’ve envisioned.

Trained at the Coaches Training Institute, I work with you to design a unique co-active alliance. This relationship is based on your objectives and who you want to be. All sessions are focused around your goals and your agenda. I employ a variety of skills and tools that can be used to move toward a fulfilling and satisfied life. As a co-active life coach, I ask powerful questions that facilitate soul searching and honest answers that come from within you. I will give you genuine feedback and share intuitions without giving advice.

I believe my clients are creative, resourceful and whole, and don’t need to be fixed. I challenge you to dig a little deeper to empower your unique character and to claim your unique talents and purpose. Our coaching relationship will step you through all of the following phases:

Finding your values and preferences

Identifying what you really like to do

Discovering what’s holding you back

Moving through the obstacles to bridge life beyond your fears
